In my work, I accompany teams, organisations and cooperation networks on their way to finding their own strategies for successful cooperation that works. As a systemic organisational consultant and geographer, I draw on twenty years of international experience with and in organisations and projects, as a consultant, facilitator, advisor and team leader.

I enjoy giving people a space for trusting and rewarding encounters. I design and facilitate events for large and small groups, support teams and individuals in change and learning processes, develop and lead trainings.

In doing so, I keep the individual in mind - without losing sight of the common goal, provide structure, focus on the essentials, help to preserve the tried and tested and encourage to try something new!
